We do not develop software. We believe the disciplines and requirements of a service company such as ours are very different to those of a software development company.
What we do and will continue to do, however, is review the market place for best in breed software solutions to deploy on our and our clients' behalf and identify how to integrate these solutions with other existing and legacy systems.
This means we are able to provide real and current consultative advice in relation to system selection options and the process you should go through to ensure you select the most appropriate solution. We are also very experienced in implementing solutions helping you define the necessary business case; documenting the project plan - scope and functional specification; identifying necessary Steering Committee participants; project managing the roll out of the solution; and providing the necessary training and technical support.
